American Registration Center complaint by Rosselyg
I feel compelled to write this review...I have been dealing w/ ARC in Montebello since 2004!!! I have been completely ignored since having received and failed my first test in 2004.

I have tried conatcting their office religiously 4 times per week (documented)......80% of the time the line is busy, 15% of the time I get the voicemail/answering machine that is "full" and I cannot leave a message (Not to mention that their greeting does not say ARC, it's "National Career Center") and the other 5% of the time I speak to a RUDE person (Hope Villanueva, Victoria, Veronica and Maria the 'temp' secretary who claims to have NO SUPERVISOR!!!!) who lies and ALWAYS has an excuse or different policy explanation. My favorite (and most common) is "call back tomorrow between the hours of 12-2 p.m" ......and then of course, no way to get through.

Today, I spoke to Veronica who did not recognize me...although I have documented speaking to her 3 times before and having explained the SAME EXACT STORY! She did, however, give me the number to the Vice President Ryan (949-291-4076), hahahaha....the number is disconnected! I called her back at her private extension (626) 888-0490 and she sounded utterly surprised; asked me to hold while she called the number herself......16 minutes later I hung up, I had to get back to work.

I am beyond frustration w/ this company. I would be more than willing to get together w/ other people experiencing this problem to take legal action. This is ridiculous...they are preying on hard-working people who are trying to better themselves!!!

The browser is not showing your e-mail, so I'll reply here. I'm surprised they agreed to that. Write back to report how that went. That's a first. We'll see if they actually deliver, but I would not get too comfortable until your check/credit card refund actually clears.

I cancel my contract the next day after signing when I saw your information on this website. I'd like to know if we are in the same similar situation. I called yesterday and they told me the refund will be in the next 30 days. Please let me know so I can act now. I will recommend that you visit the department of consumer affair and put a complaint there and also visit the Attorney at law so they can start a investigation. you can contact me here This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it Thankss

I too have a similar situation with ARC dating back many years. If you don't mind providing some type of contact info, I'd like to get a hold of you and discuss this.
